Inspections need to be thorough, every time, anybody can tick a box and run, but you have to know what you''re looking for, and where to look, we offer this service to our management clients as part of our contract with them, this also includes extra inspections in adverse weather conditons.

Every year we hear people say they don''t need management, and every year people join us after a bad experience and wish they had joined before.
Snagging is the same as inspections, only more so, when you set about producing a snagging list for someone who has purchased a new home on the Costa del Sol, we offer this service for new properties from Calahonda to Puerto Banus experience really counts.
