Plumbing and leaks
Every time you walk past that wall it seems a little darker, every time you look at your patio it looks a little wetter or greener maybe, every time you go into that cupboard it smells bad, that''s what you say to yourself every time; you have a leak. The fact of the matter is, that you know this, but you hope it will stop, the odds are that it will not, and that the problem is getting worse every time you stand and look at it, it also means that it is probably not getting cheaper to repair, because the damage is getting worse.
Leaks are more than just a nuisance, they can be very costly if unchecked, so where is it coming from? You may be sure that it is coming from a bathroom close by, or you may be convinced it is coming from your neighbours bathroom close by, which is it, and how do you prove it? Is it on the water feed or the waste water outlet, the shower supply or the shower tray, and there are many other explanations too. If you do know that the leak is from your neighbours can you stop it, and can you contact them to let them know, will they need access to your apartment to do the repairs?
It would be nice to have a new toilet, one where the seat didn''t constantly fall off because you can''t get one to fit that shape any more, and as green was never your colour how about that bathroom suite, very "not you". A tap on the patio would be very helpful, you can have an irrigation system then, which saves you digging up the planters and putting 200 new plants in every spring. Wouldn''t it be nice to set the temperature on the bath or shower so that it''s the same every time you step in, it would be nice.
These are all problems that have been happily resolved by Seabreeze and Blue Sky, but we are not just about solving leak problems. There are few older properties on the Costa del Sol which would not benefit from a change of bathroom suites or new kitchen fittings, and re-tiling at the same time in some cases, if budget is a concern, take things slowly. Change things a little at a time, a new toilet this month, remove the bath and install a shower next month, take the bidet out and install the washing machine out of the way next time, and finish with re-tiling the bathroom, congratulations, you have just added value to your home without breaking the bank. You have also increased the likely hood of bookings if you rent because you have a nice new bathroom to advertise in your property, unlike your neighbour.
