For those people who wish to rent their property Seabreeze and Blue Sky property management advertise and network extensively to reach the widest range of clientele possible in order to rent your property in an efficient and productive manner.We strive hard to ensure the quality of clients that book our properties; therefore we are selective with regards to the standards of the rental properties that we manage. Un-kept and untidy properties, which have insufficient furnishings and general contents, do not rent, and we are happy to advise owners of the standards needed in order to gain a rental income, or supply a quote for any necessary improvements that may be required.
The benefit of proper management is that your property is regularly inspected when it is empty, therefore catching problems in the early stages. Seabreeze and Blue Sky management properties are inspected twice monthly or more when they are unoccupied, Toilets are flushed, doors and windows are checked for security and lights turned on and off, all of which should bring an early indication if perhaps a banking error has occurred, whereby the property has been cut off from essential services like water or gas, and it will also maintain security for the property and help to deter possible break-ins.
Seabreeze and Blue Sky management do not guarantee rental weeks, and stress that in order to achieve a high level of bookings (income) for the owner, this must be considered as a long term project, and that the property must be maintained to the highest standards,(whilst we endeavor to maintain our highest standards) and therefore create repeat bookings during the first two years to achieve any level of success. Market trends change with a changing world and worldwide sporting events, which dramatically alters the likely hood or not of bookings, as do location, size and presentation of a property, which ultimately affects the rental value for the various seasons. A brief inventory will be taken of the property and pictures taken as a record, and approximately 10 to 15 photographs of the property, and the community gardens.
